TP Petrol Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A\u015e firmas\u0131n\u0131n Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumuna (EPDK) bildirdi\u011fi Antalya ve Hatay’daki akaryak\u0131t miktar\u0131n\u0131n, rafinerinin bildirdi\u011fi miktardan 18 bin 476 ton eksik oldu\u011funun tespit edilmesi \u00fczerine ba\u015flat\u0131lan soru\u015fturmada g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan 9 \u015f\u00fcpheliden 3’\u00fc tutukland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, 22-24 Ekim’de STAR Rafineri’nin EPDK’ye bildirdi\u011fi Hatay D\u00f6rtyol ve Antalya tesislerindeki rakamlar ile rafineriye depo hizmeti veren TP Petrol Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A\u015e’nin bildirdi\u011fi rakamlar aras\u0131nda uyumsuzluk oldu\u011fu tespit edildi.<\/p>\n

STAR Rafineri’nin, kendisi ad\u0131na fatural\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin kendisinden habersiz sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddias\u0131yla Antalya ve Hatay D\u00f6rtyol Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na \u015fikayette bulunmas\u0131 \u00fczerine soru\u015fturma ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve Organize Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele \u015eubesi ekiplerince yap\u0131lan incelemede, firman\u0131n Antalya’daki deposunda piyasa de\u011feri g\u00fcncel fiyatlarla 232 milyon 256 bin lira olan 4 bin 9 ton, Hatay D\u00f6rtyol’daki deposunda ise piyasa de\u011feri 820 milyon 561 bin lira olan 14 bin 467 ton akaryak\u0131t\u0131n eksik oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Tespit \u00fczerine d\u00fczenlenen operasyonda TP Petrol Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A\u015e’nin genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc M.B, eski genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u00c7.D, ikmal m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc H.G. ve tesis m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc O.E.C. Antalya’da g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130stanbul’da g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan \u015e.Z, \u015e.H.Z. F.B. ve S.U. ile Mu\u011fla’n\u0131n Fethiye il\u00e7esinde g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan H.G.K. ifadelerinin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6zalt\u0131 karar\u0131 verilen TP Petrol Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A\u015e Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130.Z. ve ayn\u0131 \u015firkette \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netici olan A.\u00c7.Y’nin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olduklar\u0131 belirlendi.<\/p>\n
