Kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak damar fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebiliyor ve kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile fel\u00e7 riskini art\u0131rabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak kakao, \u00e7ay, elma ve yaban mersini gibi bitkilerde do\u011fal olarak bulunan flavanol bile\u015fenleri sayesinde bu olumsuz etkiye kar\u015f\u0131 koruyucu bir rol oynayabiliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><span><strong>FLAVANOL, DAMAR ESNEKL\u0130\u011e\u0130N\u0130 KORUYOR<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Birmingham \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden bilim insanlar\u0131, yar\u0131s\u0131 fit yar\u0131s\u0131 daha az aktif 40 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 gen\u00e7 erke\u011fi inceledi. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131na y\u00fcksek flavanol i\u00e7eren (en az 695 mg) kakao, di\u011ferlerine ise neredeyse hi\u00e7 flavanol i\u00e7ermeyen (5.6 mg) kakao verildi.
