Bu y\u0131l kurakl\u0131k nedeniyle rekoltede b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fan\u0131rken, safran\u0131n gram\u0131 600 TL\u2019den al\u0131c\u0131 buluyor.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Adana\u2019n\u0131n Kozan il\u00e7esinde bu y\u0131l iklim \u015fartlar\u0131 nedeniyle 1 d\u00f6n\u00fcm alandan 100 gram safran hasat edilmesi bekleniyor. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en pahal\u0131 baharat\u0131 olarak bilinen safran\u0131n \u00e7i\u00e7ekleri tek tek toplanarak, i\u00e7indeki k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 teller \u00f6zenle \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p kurutuluyor. \u0130la\u00e7, kozmetik ve g\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lan safran, t\u0131bb\u00ee aromatik bitkiler aras\u0131nda y\u00fcksek katma de\u011ferli \u00fcr\u00fcnler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u0130l\u00e7ede tek \u00fcretici olan Ali G\u00f6k, Kozan Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Atl\u0131, Kozan Meslek Y\u00fcksekokulu Bitkisel ve Hayvansal \u00dcretim B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Do\u00e7. Dr. Bihter Zaimo\u011flu Onat ve il\u00e7e tar\u0131m m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revlileri ile birlikte ilk hasad\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;140 bin \u00e7i\u00e7ekten 1 kilo safran elde ediliyor&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgede 3 d\u00f6n\u00fcm alanda \u00fcretim yapan ancak bu y\u0131l so\u011fanlar\u0131n yenilenmesi i\u00e7in 1 d\u00f6n\u00fcm ekim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren \u00fcretici Ali G\u00f6k, safran\u0131n anavatan\u0131n kaynaklarda Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde Toros Da\u011flar\u0131 eteklerinde \u00fcretildi\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;650 rak\u0131mda \u00fcretim yap\u0131yorum. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 3 d\u00f6n\u00fcmd\u00fc ama bu y\u0131l 11 Nisan\u2019da ya\u011fan kar nedeniyle safran so\u011fanlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimi zay\u0131f kald\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden 1 d\u00f6n\u00fcm alanda \u00fcretim yapt\u0131m. Normalde 1 d\u00f6n\u00fcmden 500\u2013600 gram \u00fcr\u00fcn al\u0131yoruz ama bu y\u0131l 100 gram civar\u0131nda olacak. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve kurakl\u0131k nedeniyle \u00e7i\u00e7ek say\u0131s\u0131 azald\u0131. Safran\u0131n anavatan\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde Toroslar\u0131n etekleriydi. 140 bin \u00e7i\u00e7ekten 1 kilo safran \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Kalitesi \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek, gram\u0131 600 TL. Bu sene hem burada hem Bolu\u2019da \u00fcretim az. Hasat d\u00f6nemi yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 g\u00fcn s\u00fcr\u00fcyor&#8221; dedi.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kozan, endemik bitkilerle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kozan Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Atl\u0131, il\u00e7enin tar\u0131msal alanda \u00fcretimde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6nc\u00fc bir \u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcne ev sahipli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, &#8220;Toroslar\u0131n zirvesine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda farkl\u0131 endemik bitkilerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz. Burada zeytin, mantar, safran \u00fcretilebiliyor. Bitkisel \u00fcretim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok de\u011ferli bir b\u00f6lgedeyiz. Ali G\u00f6k abimize giri\u015fimcilik ruhu i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Safran\u0131n gelir getirisi y\u00fcksek, iklim \u015fartlar\u0131 uygun oldu\u011funda ekonomik katk\u0131s\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck. \u0130l\u00e7e tar\u0131m\u0131n sulama deste\u011fiyle kurulacak paneller ile gelecek y\u0131l daha geni\u015f alanda \u00fcretim yap\u0131labilecek &#8220;diye konu\u015ftu.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bilimsel a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011ferli bir bitki&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kozan Meslek Y\u00fcksekokulu Bitkisel ve Hayvansal \u00dcretim B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Do\u00e7. T\u0131bbi aromatik bitki \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin bir b\u00f6lgedeyiz. Bu \u00fcretim, mikroklimatik a\u00e7\u0131dan da \u00f6nemli.
