Devasa lahanalar\u0131n kilolar\u0131ndan ve kullan\u0131m ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan bahseden pazar esnaf\u0131 Orhan Bey, &#8220;Lahanan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlu olanlar\u0131ndan genellikle sarma yap\u0131l\u0131yor, orta boylar\u0131ndan ise tur\u015fu kuruluyor. En k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boylar\u0131 ise salata i\u00e7in tercih ediliyor. Eski\u015fehir\u2019de lahanaya ger\u00e7ekten b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ra\u011fbet var. Halk\u0131m\u0131z, \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z, lahanay\u0131 \u00e7ok sever. Sarmay\u0131 zaten toplum olarak \u00e7ok severiz. G\u00fczel lahana sarar\u0131z, hatta \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc sarma yapar\u0131z. Ortalama bir tane lahanam\u0131z\u0131n en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 3 kilo geliyor. En b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ise rahatl\u0131kla 10-11 kilo civar\u0131nda oluyor.&#8221; dedi.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;B\u00fcy\u00fck boylarda 150-180 lira aras\u0131nda&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca lahanalar\u0131n fiyatlar\u0131ndan da bahseden Orhan Bey, &#8220;Fiyatlar ortalama olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck boylarda 150-180 lira aras\u0131nda, orta boylarda 100-120 lira aras\u0131, ufak boylarda ise 80 lira civar\u0131nda. Her b\u00fct\u00e7eye, her aileye uygun lahana mevcut. Elimizde \u00fcr\u00fcn bol, \u00e7ok \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr ekonomimiz de g\u00fczel.
