TOK\u0130 ve Emlak Konut i\u015f birli\u011fiyle ba\u015flat\u0131lan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, mahallelerde g\u00fcvenli ve modern ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede in\u015fa edilmesini sa\u011flad\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k bin konut ve i\u015f yerini kapsayan projeler hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Yeni binalar, deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uygun \u015fekilde in\u015fa edildi. Dar ve s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k sokaklarla \u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc eski mahalle dokusu, geni\u015f yollar, modern altyap\u0131 ve d\u00fczenli ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131yla de\u011fi\u015fti. Dron ile \u00e7ekilen g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, y\u0131k\u0131k yap\u0131lar\u0131n yerini alan modern konutlar\u0131 ve sosyal alanlar\u0131 g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seriyor. Mahalle sakinleri, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede tamamlanan in\u015faatlar sayesinde eski ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakmadan, g\u00fcvenli ve konforlu bir \u00e7evreye ta\u015f\u0131nman\u0131n mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u00d6rnek dairelerin de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda konutlar k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede tamamlan\u0131p hak sahiplerine teslim edilmesi planlan\u0131yor.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Depremzedelerden Kadir Yurtarslan, &#8220;\u00c7ok memnunuz sa\u011flam ve h\u0131zl\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor.
