Yakalanarak tutuklanan h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcn\u00fcn, &#8220;Can\u0131m \u00e7ok i\u00e7mek istedi, ald\u0131m&#8221; diye savunma yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Olay, 15 Ekim g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00c7ukurova il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Toros Mahallesi Ahmet Sapmaz Bulvar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki i\u015f yerinde meydana geldi. \u0130ddiaya g\u00f6re, F.C.A. (34) \u00e7al\u0131nt\u0131 motosiklet ile gezdi\u011fi s\u0131rada \u00e7erezcinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde kasadaki alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7kileri g\u00f6rd\u00fc. \u0130\u015f yerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne gelen F.C.A., i\u00e7kilerin oldu\u011fu kasay\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131p kay\u0131plara kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu anlar ise g\u00fcvenlik kameralar\u0131na yans\u0131d\u0131. \u0130\u015f yeri sahibi H.A.\u2019\u0131n \u015fikayeti \u00fczerine b\u00f6lgeye Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc H\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k ve Yankesicilik B\u00fcro Amirli\u011fi ekipleri sevk edildi. Yap\u0131lan g\u00fcvenlik kamera incelemesinde \u015f\u00fcphelinin h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k su\u00e7undan 8 y\u0131l 4 ay 24 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131yla aranan F.C.A. oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. Adresi belirlenen h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc polis ekiplerince sakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 evde yakaland\u0131. \u015e\u00fcphelinin olayda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131nt\u0131 motosiklet de ele ge\u00e7irilip sahibine teslim edildi.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Emniyetteki ifadesinde &#8220;Ben ge\u00e7imimi g\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u015fler yaparak sa\u011flar\u0131m. Olay g\u00fcn\u00fc de can\u0131m \u00e7ok bira i\u00e7mek istedi. Bir kasa bira al\u0131p \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131m.
