Ekim ay\u0131 boyunca Alo 153\u2019e ula\u015fan yakla\u015f\u0131k 11 bin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131, geli\u015fmi\u015f dijital sistemler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla an\u0131nda analiz edilerek ilgili birimlere y\u00f6nlendirildi. Temizlikten ila\u00e7lamaya, yol bak\u0131m\u0131ndan veterinerlik hizmetlerine kadar geni\u015f bir yelpazede gelen talepler, h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturuldu. Alo 153 \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi\u2019nin teknolojik altyap\u0131s\u0131, gelen \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda yapay zeka algoritmalar\u0131 sayesinde talepleri kategorize ederek en uygun birime y\u00f6nlendiriyor.
