Hasars\u0131z bina ile \u2018Az hasarl\u0131\u2019 bina asl\u0131nda ayn\u0131. Az hasarl\u0131 damgas\u0131 yemi\u015f olmas\u0131 sadece rakam\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren bir ayr\u0131nt\u0131&#8221; dedi.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kahramanmara\u015f merkezli depremler 11 ili etkilerken Adana\u2019da ise 11 bina deprem s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131. Kent genelinde 3 bin 279 bina ise a\u011f\u0131r hasar al\u0131rken 4 bin 949 bina ise orta hasarl\u0131 oldu. Kent geneli 40 bine yak\u0131n binaya ise \u2018Az hasarl\u0131\u2019 denildi. Hal b\u00f6yle olunca \u2018Hasarl\u0131\u2019 ibaresi alan veya \u2018Hasars\u0131z\u2019 ibaresi verilen binalar aras\u0131nda y\u00fczde 30 fiyat fark\u0131 olu\u015ftu.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Az hasarl\u0131 binalar tercih edilmiyor&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili Do\u011fu Akdeniz \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fcteahhit Birlikleri Federasyonu (DA\u0130MFED) Emlak ve Gayrimenkul \u0130\u015fleri Komisyon Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Atilla \u00d6zelk\u00f6se, \u2019na a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu. \u00d6zelk\u00f6se, \u2018Az hasarl\u0131\u2019 binalar\u0131n rayi\u00e7 bedellerinden daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyatlara sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;6 \u015eubat depremlerinden sonra halk aras\u0131nda \u2018Hasar\u2019 ibaresi tedirginlik olu\u015fturuyor. Ancak \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, hasarl\u0131 binalar\u0131 zaten y\u0131k\u0131yor. \u015euanda \u2018az hasarl\u0131\u2019 ibaresi bulunan binalarda oturman\u0131n herhangi bir sak\u0131ncas\u0131 yok. \u2018Az hasarl\u0131\u2019 binalar \u015fuanda \u00e7ok fazla tercih edilmiyor. Normal rayi\u00e7 bedellerine oranla daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir fiyata sat\u0131l\u0131yor&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Y\u0131k\u0131m karar\u0131 olmayan b\u00fct\u00fcn binalarda oturulabilir&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Az hasarl\u0131\u2019 binalarda oturman\u0131n hi\u00e7bir olumsuzlu\u011fu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na vurgu yapan \u00d6zelk\u00f6se, &#8220;Deprem sonras\u0131 \u2018Az hasarl\u0131\u2019 binalarda hi\u00e7bir kolon, kiri\u015f hasar\u0131 yok.
